Hearing to explore why, since the creation the Office of Sexual Harassment and Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP), only one of three staff required by the Ordinance and funded by the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors has been hired, the Office has no publicly available information about its existence and services the office provides, and the Office has not been doing its advocacy work on behalf of survivors of sexual assault and harassment; and requesting the Department of Human Resources, Director of the Human Rights Commission, and the Director of SHARP to report.
