Hearing to consider implementation of the City's Trash Receptacle Ordinance (File 070020), including a review of citations, concern for locations where it is not possible to provide off-street storage for garbage/recycling/compost toters, fairness regarding Ordinance requirements that toters be removed by 6:00 p.m. even for people who work late and feedback from DPW regarding the volume of complaints and possible ways to improve the Ordinance.
