Resolution declaring intention of the Board of Supervisors to vacate and sell a portion of 23rd Street located on the west side of Pennsylvania Avenue, setting the hearing date (of December 7, 1998, at 3:00 p.m.) for all persons interested in the proposed vacation and sale, making findings of general plan conformance and consistency with Planning Code Section 101.1, and authorizing other official actions in connection therewith.
