Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively a new three year grant in the amount of $160,000 for the first year from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to identify and develop integrated and innovative uses of surveillance data for sexually transmitted diseases and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of September 30, 2002 to September 29, 2003.
