Ordinance amending Part II, Chapter II of the San Francisco Municipal Code (Planning Code) by amending Sections 228.2 and 228.5 to exempt gasoline service stations located on primary transit streets or bicycle routes from the requirement to obtain conditional use approval from the City Planning Commission or a conversion determination from the Zoning Administrator prior to conversion to residential use; and making a determination of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1(B).
