Resolution urging the Human Rights Commission to conduct hearings and gather testimony and other evidence to explore amending the Administrative Code to ensure full and equitable opportunities for utilization of disabled person business enterprises and disabled veteran business enterprises and to correct identified discriminatory practices inherent in the City's procurement process and in the award of prime contracts to disabled person business enterprises and disabled veteran business enterprises.
