Hearing to discuss the City's compliance with San Francisco Health Code Section 469.2 which prohibits retail food establishments and wholesalers doing business within the City and County of San Francisco from selling, purchasing, distributing, keeping or providing to customers any chlorofluorocarbon processed food packaging. Also, Health Code Section 469.7 whick states that the City and County of San Francisco is also prohibited from purchasing CFC processed food packaging, except where required under a contract entered into prior to the enactment of the ordinance.
