Resolution retroactively authorizing and approving a Grant Agreement between the City acting by and through the Department of Public Health, and the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation (SFGHF); to accept and expend a grant from the SFGHF for participation in a program entitled, “Solid Start,” for a term of three years from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, and for a not to exceed amount of $2,307,936.20; approving the Grant Agreement pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(a); and to authorize the Director of Health to enter into amendments or modifications to the Grant agreement that do not materially increase the obligations or liabilities to the City and are necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Grant or this Resolution.
