Hearing to consider the Recreation and Park Department's ten-year capital plan, which will guide all aspects of the Department's capital expenditures, including rehabilitation of recreation facilities and parks, reforestation, land acquisition and natural areas restoration and to identify the most likely funding sources for each park, whether that source is the Neighborhood Parks Bond, the Open Space Fund, state or federal funding, or private philanthropy.
