Hearing and general discussion on the status of unsolved homicides in the City and County of San Francisco. The hearing shall include a presentation by the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) on the number of unsolved homicides for at least the last five years. Without discussing the specifics of individual cases, the hearing shall include a general discussion and presentation on the SFPD's protocols and procedures regarding unsolved homicides, including, without limitation, SFPD's protocols and procedures when interacting with the families and loved ones of homicide victims.
