Ordinance amending the Planning Code by adding Sections 318 through 318.6 to encourage the development of comprehensive community plans that provide floor area bonus incentives for the provision by housing projects of certain public benefits for the City, including affordable housing, open space, community serving space, and PDR space, and, until the development of plans for specific neighborhoods, to impose a program on housing projects receiving a floor area bonus requiring the provision of public benefits, and amending Sections 123 and 207 to except housing projects receiving a floor area bonus under this ordinance from the density limits of the Planning Code.
