Resolution determining that the transfer of a Type 17 beer and wine wholesaler license from 848 Ashbury Street to 1186 Folsom Street and the issuance of Type 9 beer and wine importer license and a conditional Type 20 off-sale beer and wine alcoholic beverage control license to Richard Bruno for VINUM Cellars at 1186 Folsom Street, will serve the convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Codes.
