Public hearing relating to consideration and adoption of the ordinance declaring the Board of Supervisors to be the Governing Body of the Redevelopment Agency for the City and County of San Francisco, thereby replacing the existing seven-member appointed Board; and establishing an eleven-member appointed Community Redevelopment Commission and delegating certain powers to the Commission.
