Resolution determining that the transfer of a Type 21 off-sale general alcoholic beverage control license from 22 Peace Plaza to 1737 Post Street, Japanese Cultural Center (District 5), to Jay Naganuma for Maruwa Foods Company of America for the purpose of upgrading its current Type 20 off-sale beer and wine alcoholic beverage control license, will serve the public convenience and necessity of the people of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code, with conditions.
