Resolution urging the Planning Commission and Planning Department to impose development standards, conditions and exactions on new live/work development projects similar to the development standards, conditions and exactions on residential development projects and to develop Planning Code amendments for consideration by the Board of Supervisors redefining live/work units as loft-style residential units with development standards, conditions and exactions similar to those for other types of residential development.
