Resolution imposing interim controls for a period of twelve (12) months to prohibit the establishment of new commercial and other uses, except as provided herein, in an area generally located along the south side of Market Street between 5th and 7th Streets, including a portion of the north side of Market Street, and the south side of Mission Street between 5th and 6th Streets, as set forth herein; and adopting findings pursuant to Planning Code Section 101.1.
