Hearing on the City's First Resource Hiring Program. The hearing will focus on: (1) implementation of the program's Phase I and Phase II requirements, specifically on quantifying the program's ability to secure entry-level positions for qualified economically disadvantaged individuals; and (2) coordination between the Planning and Building Inspections Departments and the First Source Program to ensure that all qualifying projects are appropriately referred to the program.
