Motion asking the Legislative Analyst to research on the City of New York's plans for building code changes for high rise structures. The purpose of this research is to compare proposed changes in New York City with existing San Francisco codes to identify possible improvements to our city's building codes governing high rise structures as well as emergency response equipment and procedures.
