Resolution urging the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) to give the highest priority to the Caltrain Downtown Extension in the Regional Transportation Plan, urging the San Francisco MTC and State representatives to actively pursue funding for the project, urging the use of bridge toll revenue to fund the project, urging that seismic work on the Bay Bridge proceed simultaneously with Transbay Terminal and Caltrain Extension work, and urging the defeat of AB 1171 and SB 873.
