Resolution determining that the modification of the condition imposed on the conditional alcoholic beverage license for Stefan Wever and Robert Walker for B.S.B. Properties, Inc. dba "Grant and Green Saloon" (also known as the Grant and Green Blues Club) located at 1371 Grant Avenue, to allow the hours of operation from 10 A.M. to 2 A.M. seven days a week instead of the hours restricted by the current Condition No. 1 on a Type 48 liquor license that Mr. Wever and Mr. Walker are in the process of purchasing from Thomas Stanford Wehr, is justified under the provisions of Section 23803 of the California Business and Professions Code; with a condition.
