Resolution retroactively authorizing the Bay Area Urban Areas Security Initiative, through the Department of Emergency Management, to accept and expend a Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant in the amount of $2,696,215 for the period of October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2027, from the Department of Homeland Security through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); and authorizing the Department of Emergency Management to execute the Grant Agreement.
