Resolution authorizing the Planning Department to enter into the First Amendment to the Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and OpenGov Inc., for permitting software products and services; to increase the agreement by $33,065,985.92 for a total amount not to exceed $38,965,985.92; and to extend the term for 60 months from September 30, 2026, for a total term of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2031.
