Resolution disapproving the request to remove the restriction imposed on a Type 21 conditional alcoholic beverage license for Weldezghi, Zeray Gebresillasi dba "Haz San Francisco Liquor" located at 1401 Polk Street, to allow the liquor store to remain open after 10:00 p.m. instead of the current condition No. 2 imposed on said license that restricts the sale of alcoholic beverages between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. only each day of the week in accordance with the provisions of Section 23803 of the California Business and Professions Code.
