Resolution commending the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council for rebuking Laura Schlessinger's anti-gay radio broadcast and upholding the dignity and human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals as well as implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential violence directed at individuals who either are or perceived to be lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.
