Hearing of the Board of Supervisors sitting as a Committee of the Whole on February 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., during the regular Board of Supervisors meeting, to hold a public hearing under California Health and Safety Code, Section 33433, and Redevelopment Plan, Section 4.7.2, for the Transbay Redevelopment Project Area to consider approval of ground leases with Transbay 2 Senior, LP for $15,000 per year and CCDC Transbay 2 Commercial, LLC for $1 per year, (the “Ground Leases), each for a term of 75 years, for the purpose of developing a mixed-use affordable housing development with housing for low- and extremely low-income seniors, including formerly homeless seniors, and ground-floor community commercial space at 200 Folsom Street, Assessor’s Parcel Block No. 3739, Lot Nos. 015 and 016, also referred to as Transbay Block 2 West within the Transbay Redevelopment Project Area; and making findings under Section 33433 of the Health and Safety Code as required by the Redevelopment Plan for the Transbay Redevelopment Project Area; scheduled pursuant to the Motion No. M24-005 contained in File No. 240043, approved on January 23, 2024.
