Resolution authorizing the Office of the Assessor-Recorder to execute Amendment No. 2 of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the California Electronic Recording Transaction Network Authority for AB 578 Electronic Recordation Implementation for recordation of digitized electronic records and certain digital electronic records; updating the annual costs per title based on the tier pricing plan; and extending the existing MOU term by 13 years from January 10, 2022, for a total duration of 19 years from January 11, 2016, through January 10, 2035.
