Motion scheduling the Board to sit as a Committee of the Whole on July 22, 2014, at 3 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the Urgency Ordinance approving an interim zoning moratorium on institutional changes of use in a portion of the University Mound neighborhood generally bounded by Highway 280 on the north, Wayland Street on the south, University Street on the east, and Cambridge Street on the west, for 45 days and making required findings, including environmental findings, and findings of consistency with the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
