Resolution urging the California Department of Transportation to complete its review of the reevaluation of the environmental assessment of the Octavia Boulevard/Central Freeway Replacement Project, to forward its review to the Federal Highway Administration with a favorable recommendation, to transfer the emergency relief funds designated for the project to the City and County of San Francisco, and to develop a work plan with the City and County of San Francisco as quickly and expeditiously as possible.
