Resolution enacting and rescinding parking regulations at various locations.
RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "S" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 9 PM,
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Church Street east side, between 21st and 22nd Streets (900 block); and
Church Street, west side, between 21st and Hill Streets (900 block).
NOTE:The 900 block of Church Street will be legislated to be signed as an Area "S" and Area "Z" buffer zone. The residents of Church Street will receive only Area "S" permits, but the signs on the block will eventually allow both Area "S" and "Z" permit holders to park. The signs will initially allow only "S" parking, but will be changed as the Area "Z" boundary expands and merges with Area "S".
TOW-AWAY, NO STOPPING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH
19th Avenue, east side, from Junipero Serra Boulevard to 68 feet southerly.
PERPENDICULAR (90-DEGREE ANGLE) PARKING - ESTABLISH
Dorman Avenue, both sides, between Barneveld and Palou Avenues.
PERPENDICULAR (90-DEGREE ANGLE) PARKING - ESTABLISH
Palou Avenue, both sides, between Barneveld Avenue and Industrial Street.
TOW-AWAY, NO PARKING ANYTIME - RESCIND
Blake Street, west side, from its terminus north of Geary Boulevard to 30 feet southerly.
TOW-AWAY, NO STOPPING ANYTIME - RESCIND
RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA "A" (2-HOUR TIME LIMIT, 8 AM - 7 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY) - ESTABLISH
Broadway North Service Road, south side, from 13 to 240 feet east of Hyde Street.
TOW-AWAY, NO STOPPING ANYTIME - ESTABLISH
Broadway North Service Road, north side, from 0 to 240 feet east of Hyde Street.
