Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decisions of the Planning Department dated May 14, 2004, approving the following projects to be categorically exempt (Class 3a, allowing up to three-single-family residences in urbanized areas) from environmental review under CEQA:
1. Project described in Building Permit Application No. 2003.09.18.5180 (new single-family dwelling at 1187 Stanyan Street in Assessor’s Block 2644, Lot 006); and
2. Project described in Building Permit Application No. 2003.09.18.5184 (new single-family dwelling at 1189 Stanyan Street in Assessor’s Block 2644, Lot 007).
