Ordinance amending the Administrative, Building, Park, and Public Works Codes to rename the Mayor’s Office on Disability as the Office on Disability and Accessibility, to place it under the administration of the Department of Disability and Aging Services, to update its mission, purpose and functions, to delete its plan review and site inspection fee provisions, to clarify its role in administering the Americans with Disabilities Act grievance process, and to make conforming amendments.
