Title: Motion scheduling the Board to sit as a Committee of the Whole on May 17, 2011, at 3 p.m., to hold a public hearing of the proposals of the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco on a Resolution to consider the proposed Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco (San Francisco Redevelopment Agency) and McCormack Baron Salazar, Inc., a Missouri corporation (MBS), for the sale to MBS of Assessor’s Parcel No. 4884, Lot No. 27, located at the east side of Arelious Walker Drive, at Gilman Avenue, conditioned upon MBS’s receipt of a Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Grant Award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the revitalization of Alice Griffith Public Housing, pursuant to the provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law Section 33433 and a Resolution to consider the proposal of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency to enter into a Ground Lease Agreement and lease the land located at 5800 Third Street, Assessor’s Parcel No. 5431A-042, to Bayview Supportive Housing, LLC., a California limited liability company, pursuant to the provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law Section 33433.
