Ordinance authorizing settlement of lawsuit filed by Raymond O's. Kelly and Elise M. Kelley against the City and County of San Francisco for $60,000; the lawsuit was filed on June 22, 1998 in Superior Court Unlimited Jurisdiction, Case No. 980-740; entitled Yee v. City and County of San Francisco; other material terms of said settlement are case will be dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff will release City from all known and unknown related claims.
