Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Health, Population Health and Prevention, HIV Health Services, to accept retroactively and expend first year grant funds of $993,917 from the DHHS Office of Minority Health for the technical assistance and capacity development demonstration program for HIV/AIDS related services in highly impacted minority communities, and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; providing for ratification of action previously taken.
