Resolution authorizing the General Manager of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission to execute Amendment No. 1 to the existing grant agreement with Salesforce.com, Inc. for an Onsite Water Reuse System at 415 Mission Street, extending the term of the agreement by seven years, for a total of fifteen years from May 15, 2017, through May 15, 2032, with no change to the agreement amount of $250,000.
