Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated July 19, 2004, (Case No. 031009E), exempting from environmental review under General Rule (State CEQA Guidelines, Section 15061 (b)(3)), the proposed construction project at 730 Great Highway. The project would construct a three-story, four-unit dwelling structures, 31.5 feet high with 6,540 square feet living area, 840 square feet garage which accommodate 4 off-street parking spaces. The proposed site is a 3,360 square feet vacant lot at east Great Highway and about 141 feet south from Balboa Street, zoned RM1, 40-X Height and Bulk District, within coastal Special Use District (SUD) and Special Sign District (SSD).
