Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health to accept and expend a grant increase from the Health Resource and Service Administration for participation in a program, entitled “Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America - Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Parts A and B”; approving the Notice of Award Agreement pursuant to Charter, Section 9.118(a); and retroactively approving a Notice of Award Agreement between the City, acting by and through the Department of Public Health, and the Health Resource and Service Administration in the amount of $2,433,239 for the period March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, for a total amount of $6,102,743 for the total period of March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2027.
