Hearing to review the draft Community Needs Assessment developed by the Department of Children, Youth and their Families (DCYF). This document, which is required by the Charter to be published by DCYF every three years, sets a framework for children's services in San Francisco for the coming three-year period. The hearing will review preliminary findings and recommendations contained in the current draft of the report and allow Supervisors to comment.
