Resolution urging the Department of Telecommunications and Information Services (DTIS) and the City Attorney to file a petition with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) requesting that the implementation of the approved 415 overlay area code relief plan that would require eleven digit dialing be postponed and urging the Federal Communications Commission, the CPUC and the State Legislature to support measures designed to promote area code reform.
