Charter amendment (First Draft) to amend Section 13.110 in order (1) to establish new supervisorial district lines; (2) to provide that an Elections Task Force shall redraw district lines following the 2010 federal census and thereafter; (3) to designate new appointing authorities for the Elections Task Force; (4) to require the use of adjusted census figures in redistricting supervisorial districts; (5) to increase the allowable population deviation between districts; and (6) to set deadlines after the 2010 federal census for appointment of the Elections Task Force and for completion of redistricting.
