Resolution approving the Fixed Base Operator Lease and Operating Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission, and Signature Flight Support LLC dba Signature Aviation, for the operation of the sole fixed base operation at the San Francisco International Airport for a 25-year term, with one five-year option to extend the term exercisable at the sole and absolute discretion of the Airport Commission, with a first year Minimum Annual Guarantee of $42,500,000; and affirming the Planning Department’s determination under the California Environmental Quality Act.
