Resolution retroactively authorizing the Police Department (SFPD) to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $772,507 and to execute a Grant Agreement from the Department of California Highway Patrol for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program to expand SFPD’s Drug Recognition Expert, Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement, and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing programs with the project period beginning on July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
