Resolution designating El Reportero and El Latino to be the outreach newspaper of the City and County of San Francisco for the Hispanic community; China Press, World Journal, Sing Tao and Asian Week to be the outreach newspaper of the City and County for the Chinese community; San Francisco Bay View to be the outreach newspaper for the African American community and, the Bay Area Reporter to be the outreach newspaper for the Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender community, to provide outreach advertising services for the fiscal year commencing upon Board of Supervisors and Mayoral approval and ending June 30, 2006.
