Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to submit a 12-month cost extension application in order to continue to receive funding for the HIV prevention projects grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); in the amount of approximately $8,800,000 in HIV prevention funding for San Francisco, extending the project period from December 31, 2008 to December 31, 2009.
