Resolution approving agreements necessary for the development of the City Combustion Turbine Projects to be located at North Access Road and Clearwater Drive, San Francisco International Airport, and at Property Adjacent to the MTA Metro East Facility at 25th and Maryland Streets in San Francisco, including a design-build agreement and a power purchase agreement; and approving property agreements, including a jurisdictional transfer of property to accommodate the proposed projects, subject to further agreements among the affected City departments; and making environmental findings and findings of consistency with the General Plan and the Priority Policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
