Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to exempt certain capital improvement projects of the Port of San Francisco that address risks of flooding, sea level rise, or seismic activity from the requirement to submit a financial feasibility study to the Board of Supervisors for a determination of fiscal feasibility and responsibility before initiating environmental review for the project.
