Motion directing the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to notice and convene a public hearing pursuant to Sec. 33200(b) of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health & Safety Code Sec. 33000, et seq.), for consideration of whether the Board of Supervisors shall declare itself to be the Redevelopment Agency for the City and County of San Francisco and thereby replace the existing Redevelopment Agency and its appointed Board; and further directing the Clerk to cause the preparation of reports or proposals as necessary for the hearing.
