Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 168-01, which adopted and imposed schedules of sewer service charges to be paid by users for fiscal year 2001-2002 pursuant to Part II, Chapter X, Articles 4.1 and 4.2 of the San Francisco Municipal Code (Public Works Code), by providing that after December 31, 2001, residential hotel units shall be deemed as dwelling units solely for the purposes of applying and implementing the sewer service charge rules and regulations.
