Resolution authorizing the City Administrator and the Director of the Department of the Environment to accept and expend $900,000 from the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's Transportation Fund for Clean Air and authorizing the City Administrator and the Director of the Department of the Environment to execute agreements with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, whereby, the City would indemnify the District from claims resulting from the City's performance of said agreements.
