Ordinance adding Section 710 to the San Francisco Police Code to require that advertising for bail bond agents posted in San Francisco jails indicate whether the agent maintains an office in San Francisco, requiring that the advertising agent be licensed by the Department of Insurance, and requiring that the advertising agent operating under a fictitious business name has on file a fictitious business name statement.
